Manufacturing Defects & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same item. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Contact us via email at contact@vortth.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a clear description of the issue along with photographs of the defective item.

  2. Verification Process: Our team will assess the claim and verify the defect. If approved, we will proceed with the replacement.

  3. Replacement Procedure: Once the defective product is returned to us, we will ship a new piece of the same item to you as a replacement.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Logistics & Reimbursement for Returns

If a defective product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our facility. However, we understand that this can be an inconvenience, so please cooperate

Customers must arrange and cover the shipping cost for returning the defective item.

Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to products with verified manufacturing defects.

  • Normal variations in color, texture, or slight irregularities in handcrafted items are not considered defects.

  • Any claims made beyond 24 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for a replacement.
